Agostini Limited - Notice of Appointment of Director

The Board of Directors of Agostini Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jorge Sequeira Picado as a Director of the Company, effective October 1, 2025.

Mr. Sequeira Picado is the Managing Director of Basalto Capital Partners, based in Costa Rica, a firm dedicated to raising and deploying capital across Central America and the Caribbean. He previously served as Managing Director of the Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE) and as Chief Executive Ocer of Exactus Corporation, a regional enterprise soware development and advisory company.

In addition, Mr. Sequeira Picado serves on the Board of Directors of AMCHAM Costa Rica and has also held the position of Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Chamber of Industries, among other leadership roles. Mr. Sequeira Picado graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University in Boston, where he earned a degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. He later completed postgraduate studies in Administration and Management at Harvard University.
