Guardian Holdings Limited advises that, further to its notice of 15th July, 2025, the transfer of the pension fund portfolio from NCB Insurance Agency & Fund Managers Limited (NCBIA) to Guardian Life Limited (GLL) has been successfully completed.

This transaction represents a key strategic initiative designed to enhance the Group’s capital position and operational efficiency, thereby strengthening the Group’s foundation for sustainable growth and long-term performance.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
